AffiliateBot ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We collect your email address, name, and usage data (campaigns, links, content) when you use AffiliateBot. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
We use your data to provide and improve the service, process payments, send account notifications, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Authentication is managed by Supabase Auth.
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
AffiliateBot may use cookies and tracking pixels to attribute affiliate referrals and measure conversion performance for your campaigns. These tracking mechanisms are used solely to provide the affiliate link management features of the service. Affiliate click data and conversion events are stored in your account and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., affiliate network integrations you configure). You may manage or disable affiliate tracking links at any time from within your account settings.
We collect anonymized usage analytics to understand how the service is used and to improve product features. This includes page views, feature interactions, and performance metrics. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We may use third-party analytics providers (such as Vercel Analytics) that process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can opt out of analytics data collection by contacting us at support@myaibotapp.com.
We use a third-party email service provider to send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing notifications) and, where you have opted in, product updates and announcements. Your email address is shared with our email service provider solely for the purpose of delivering these communications. We do not sell your email address to any third party. You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.
