AffiliateBot provides tools for affiliate marketers to manage campaigns, track links, and generate content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation your plan will remain active through the end of your current billing period with no further charges. If you believe you experienced a technical issue or did not receive the service as described please contact us at support@myaibotapp.com and describe your situation. Our team will investigate all reported issues and review your account activity and usage logs. We will work with you to find a fair resolution based on our findings. Refunds are not available for accounts where the plan features have been substantially used during the billing period.
Founding Member pricing is a limited-time offer available to early subscribers before the public launch date. Founding Members who subscribe during this period lock in their discounted rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. This discounted rate will not increase as long as you maintain continuous subscription. If you cancel your subscription, the Founding Member rate will no longer apply upon resubscription, and standard pricing will apply at that time. Founding Member pricing applies to the plan tier active at the time of sign-up. Upgrades to a higher tier are subject to the then-current pricing for that tier.
Content you create using AffiliateBot belongs to you. AffiliateBot retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AffiliateBot and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or your use of AffiliateBot shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas for resolution of any disputes. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
